We also gain access to information through the supporting documentation that you submit to CORE during the remainder of the voucher process. Depending on your application circumstances, we may require additional information from you by phone or e-mail.

How do we protect your information?

CORE has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or alteration of the information that you have provided as part of the voucher application process. We follow practices consistent with federal guidelines to protect the information stored in our facility through a number of security measures, which include: restricting employee access to confidential or sensitive information, securing access to the area where this information is processed, and saving electronic files in a secure network location.

How do we share your information with other entities?

CORE does not share your information with any third party that is not involved in the voucher application process. Information that you provide but that does not identify you personally may be included and aggregated with other consumers’ information for statistical reporting.
