At the recent Air Quality and Climate Change Strategies in the Use of Zero- and Low-Emissions Machinery event hosted by CALAC+ in Santiago, Chile. Daniela Day presented the critical role of the California CORE Project, with a special focus on the innovative Off-Road ZETI Tool. Her presentation highlighted the tool’s potential to transform the adoption of zero-emissions technologies in the off-road sector by streamlining decision-making processes and fostering collaboration between industry and government. Daniela emphasized the importance of these efforts in accelerating the region’s transition to sustainable practices and achieving significant emissions reductions. The Off-Road ZETI Tool is now live and Version 2 will be available in the fall of 2024!

The Tribal Leaders Energy Summit & Expo included an Energy 101 Curriculum and Zero-Emissions vehicle, and off-road equipment expo aimed at empowering Tribal leaders with essential energy knowledge. During the event, CORE Project Administrators engaged with tribal leaders to learn more about the energy needs in tribal communities and shared insights about the benefits of zero-emissions off-road equipment and CA incentives.
