The California Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) is a streamlined state funded program that helps offset the higher cost of zero-emission technology with a point-of-sale discount. There is no scrappage requirement, and additional funding is available for charging and hydrogen fueling infrastructure, equipment deployed in disadvantaged communities, and small businesses.

CORE is accepting new manufacturer applications up until June 3, 2024. To get your zero-emission off-road equipment included in the catalog and eligible for voucher funding see Attachment A of the CORE Implementation Manual (IM) and/or email [email protected].
