Project Overview

Launched in November 2022, the Professional Landscape Service Equipment segment of the CORE Project was funded through Senate Bill 170 (Skinner, Chapter 240, Statutes of 2021), which allocated $30 million to support the transition to clean landscaping technology. The program closed to new voucher requests in October 2023 after funds were allocated.

Following the closure, approximately $7 million from expired or unredeemed vouchers became available and was reallocated to new applicants as determined by Attachment D. As of July 29, 2025, all remaining funds have been exhausted, and no further voucher applications are being accepted.
