The Carl Moyer Memorial Program provides grants to replace older, high-polluting off-road equipment with cleaner technologies.

2.Pick an approved dealer
Connect with an equipment dealer of your choice to be matched to the right equipment for your operations.
3.Apply for funding
Applications open Fall 2026. Work with your dealer to finalize your order to be ready on opening day.
4. Purchase your equipment
Receive the discount immediately at purchase.
