Implementation Manual Released

CARB published the FY 2026-27 Implementation Manual (IM) for Heavy-Duty equipment funding on julio 15. This IM features several updates regarding equipment eligibility, dealer and manufacturer requirements, and other policy changes.

CORE will begin accepting voucher applications in Fall 2026. To see a full list of IM changes, view the web post below.

CARB CORE Workgroup Webinar Recap

CARB hosted a workgroup webinar for the CORE FY 2026-27 heavy-duty funding cycle on julio 2. CORE representatives presented the major IM changes, answered questions, and accepted comments from the public and project stakeholders.

CORE Advocates Learning Symposium – Septiembre 1
